To achieve SUSTAINABILITY in cities, our Project offers to combine, in each city block, passive solar stepped housing with the other urban functions, offices, shops, commercial and workspace, services, etc.
This therefore minimises daily migrations while simultaneously opening the city to clean, free and renewable solar energy.
